Why this is not consulting
A consultant delivers a strategy document. Maestro Transition delivers a functioning AI Operating System. We place the human leader, coordinate the AI OS activation, monitor the transition and stay involved through the operating system shift — not just the presentation. Our incentives are tied to the transition actually working.
Service packages
All packages include the Agent Maestro identification and/or recruitment, the Success Framework and transition support. Scope, depth and duration vary by package. All fees exclude GST.
Fees are paid by instalments across commencement, shortlist/enablement and activation milestones. Ongoing agent subscriptions, third-party licences, developer support and Managed Optimisation are separate unless expressly included. All packages are indicative; inclusions and payment terms are confirmed in the applicable proposal and engagement schedule.
How we manage risk
