These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Agent Maestro website at theagentmaestro.co and all services offered by Lantheon Pty Ltd ACN 695 758 868 trading as The Agent Maestro (we, us, our). By accessing the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For consumer transactions, nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
We design, deploy and operate AI Operating Systems for individuals, households, founders, small-to-medium businesses and corporate organisations. Specific service terms, deliverables and pricing are set out in the relevant track page and confirmed in your service agreement or order confirmation.
Services are subscription-based and may include onboarding fees depending on complexity. All pricing is in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the applicable billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts. If pricing changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new rate applies to your subscription.
All content on this site, including text, design, code and imagery, is owned by or licensed to Lantheon Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
Work product created specifically for you as part of a service engagement is yours once paid in full, except for our underlying tools, templates, frameworks and methodology, which remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Our services involve AI-assisted processes. AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving and acting on any AI-assisted output before relying on it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms or the AI Acceptable Use Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
